Would`nt mind seeing Godard/Peat #3.....old junior rivals but they`ll probably save Godard for Philly & Brashear on Saturday.
I`ll go with Asham/Sutherby.....if Godard plays,he`ll have the itch & look for Peat.

Looks like Peat is a scratch............injured AGAIN!
Brutal year for fights.............Bettmans master plan started about 8 years ago & is on his way to hitting his objective......eliminate fighting without banning it by way of the 60 minute power play. More Euro trash with visors.

Blake takes a beating like that & Sterling does`nt respond with Godard with a 5-2 lead & 5 min to go.......new rule or not,you do not let a 5`5 guy take that without reponding.Disgusting. That is the primary role of the enforcer, the most honorable job in all of sports & designed just for that very incident. The players assoc. should be ashamed of themselves for allowing that new 5 min. rule to be implemented......combine that with the instigator BS......the enforcer role will be ancient history in the near future.

I couldn't agree more. Asham's fight wasn't anything to write home about either. But look at the bright side, at least we saw fights tonite. Hopefully we will get video's of tonights action up soon.

Everyone who chose Asham gets 2 points. I'll start a new thread with the points standings. Anyone who would have chose Blake should get 100 points!
