The Bridgeport Sound Tigers announced today that they have agreed to terms with forward Brett Gallant to a one-year, AHL contract.
Gallant, 22, stays with the Sound Tigers after finishing the 2010-11 season with the club on a professional tryout contract (PTO). The Summerside, P.E.I. native appeared in 17 games with the Sound Tigers, recording his first AHL goal on Mar. 13 at Providence in addition to 73 penalty minutes.
